Our plan includes four home visits a year, with one visit per quarter. During each visit, our experienced technicians will change your A/C filters, check your Freon levels, and inspect your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. We’ll also change the batteries in your detectors twice a year for added safety. Additionally, we’ll change your refrigerator filter once a year, check all lighting, and inspect your garage door motor and sensors. We’ll even check your doors and windows for proper closing and latching, and perform a visual inspection of your roof and foundation all starting at $189/yr.
